ABOUT ME

After performing ceremonies as an elected Justice of the Peace in Stowe, Vermont (my home for 25 years), I decided after moving to my dream 1825 Historic property, to get a certification as a non-denominational officiant. This afforded me a variety of ceremony choices for couples to choose from- i.e. Civil (non-religious), religious and interfaith.
As a former corporate event planner, designer (which included antique acquisition for clients) and extensive work in all phases of the hospitality industry, I bring my creative side into all my ceremonies.
In 2000, I married Arthur Kramer, after being a single mother to two wonderful daughters- Kirsten and Shauna. I am now enjoying the rewards of being "Nana" to Skylar, Ellie, Ana, and Sydney.
I have performed over 950 ceremonies in 22 years and have always enjoyed the process. It is , after all, "a joyous occasion"!!
Getting married is one of the great joys of life. I make sure that the stress level doesn't overwhelm the joy of becoming husband and wife by sharing my vast experience, wedding resources, and ideas. As an experienced wedding officiant, specializing in personalized ceremonies that "tell your story", I craft and deliver your ceremony. This crucial part of your wedding day-large or small- is created by taking time to develop what is perfect for you. Remember- the ceremony gets you married- the rest is the result- the celebration!
